"My 1st visit on 3/5/24 to Live Unload @ this facility and the Truck Entrance is definitely the location to arrive at. Vick greeted me from the Guard House when I pulled in. A quick run down to what and where was informative and helpful. Basically make a left turn after clearing guardhouse into yard and follow past a bunch of Werner trailers lined up to where yard opens up. There will be a large bright blue enclosed canvas area for employees to sit and take their break on the left, and also there is a very bold crosswalk going to small bldg on right into employee parking lot. In my case , there was a truck already there at the crosswalk, so I stopped in back of, off to side. That’s when Miss Dana approached and processed my info, paperwork and set me up with Dock(#16) to backup to. Everyone was professional and kind with a twist of helpfulness. I was there 1-1/2 hrs and Thanks to Dana supplying a large plastic bag of treats(see pic)when handing back my signed BOL. No overnighting and did not see bathroom, so come prepared. They appreciate your TLR tandems to the rear, TLR wheel chocked and red airline unhooked to lock trailer out while unloading. I would return again and look forward to when that time comes. Thanks again folks. Your professionalism and generosity are rare in this world today and were truly appreciated."
