"Experience was great 1st time there. Check in at guardshack through the intercom. Got through the gate and went to the shipping door rung door bell. The yard dog handled my entire visit. Back up to the rolling stairs so he could thoroughly inspect the trailer for food and debris. Took me into the shack and advised me where the empty trailers go and where my pre loaded trailer was located. Tgen gave me a box of rice crispy treats. Backed my pickup trailer to the rolling stairs to check the seal. I was about to move my tandem he stood at my 40 mark to make sure the tandem was in the correct spot ( just being helpful). Then he began to give me instructions how to get out of the area quicker. Very helpful. My appt was for 630pm but I arrived at midnight and departed by 1am."

"I arrived about 21:00 for a 18:00 drop & hook. Had my trailer thoroughly inspected for cleanliness, fuel and refer start up. After that I was told my trailer was in the dock door still being loaded. I was then instructed to park and wait, it would be a few more hours before the load was completed. At 07:00 the following morning my load was ready to go. The gate guard and yard jockey were friendly. I sat 10 hours for a drop and hook."
