"This actually needs a zero star. They let the employees look through your windows and car and corporate is just as bad doesn’t care they did that. I sent emails to Charles at corporate and he blocked them because I have video proof of their employees looking through my windows. That’s an invasion of privacy. They will harass you thinking it’s okay to call more than twice a day. You call them tell them a payment will be made by the end of the day and then two hours later calling ask for it. Like people don’t age jobs. They think because you have their product that they get to treat you any way they want"
"I had the best experience with them I had a delivery that was scheduled for today. I had called since I had not gotten a call that day. After speaking with Rich had said that it was not ready till Monday. He then explained that he would go ahead and deliver it tonight since that was what was promised. I was so happy that even though he had to deliver after hours it was delivered tonight! He went above and beyond and and I am a very happy customer. Thank you Rich."
"After a slight mishap of the item I ordered was not on the delivery truck. I called and spoke with Richard who without hesitation loaded my item by himself and delivered it to my home.
