"If I could not give a star I wouldn't have. They sold me a faulty car that costed me my life. I was hit by a semi and drug.. I even have the "car fax" on it from them and it was great. Thought it would be the best. Well it had 5 pages of recalls after they told me there was none. Needless to say this place WILL BE SHUT DOWN BY THE TIME ME AND MY LAWYERS ARE DONE!!"

They are unethical criminals my wife and i just lost my father May 7th we had to be out of the state for 2 1/2 weeks we informed them of the situation and prior to leaving gave them $150 the day we came back in town we went to pay the balence they told us the computers were down so we had to go to the other location on the way to the other location we stopped at the store coming out the store we see our car being towed away we try to talk to the man and call them immediately They tell us we know you just tried to make the payment but its to late we have your car and now we want 800 instead of 400 you just tried to pay. This was clearly a set up they did not take my payment so they could charge me double. This place should be shut down"

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!! They will sell your contract WITHOUT your knowledge to a company with 50 NEGATIVE reviews thru consumer reviews and 150 complaints thru the BBB.. I had 10 months left on my contract with keys please then i get a EMAIL from them saying they sold my contact. Straight bull shyt. Then when you call to talk to them "Mandy" doesnt know anything and wont give you the owners information. I guess why would they your not their customer anymore.. So PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH KEYS PLEASE!!!!!"

"My husband and I Were treated extremely rude at the location on Dyer rd. She wouldn't give us her name but there's a blonde lady that works there that was absolutely horrible to us words can't describe how badly she treated us and on top of that she lied to us about quite a few things. Unless you enjoy being treated like a pile of crap on the bottom of your shoe don't go to keys please. On the plus side because she treated us so badly and we went to 'yes auto sales' down the street right after We left there and got treated amazingly by them and got a way better car."
