I was scheduled a test drive, but when I called to ask what all I needed to bring so I could the car same day I was told sorry it sold yesterday . He should have told me when he scheduled my appointment come now or it might be sold and I would have went. I'll just take my cash somewhere else to spend. Everything happens for a reason."

"I recently bought a new/old 2023 Frontier Pro 4X from Sarah-Kate, while trading in an almost new car that I just didn’t like. She was great, and my experience with her was just fine. I got a reasonable price for my trade and what I consider to be a very good price on a higher-end truck with a ton of options. I noticed some minor accessories were missing from the truck after I got it home, and after a little back and forth with managers they shipped them to me; so my issues were eventually taken care of. I did have to go back to the lot a second time a couple days after I drove the truck home, due to my address getting messed up somewhere along the way with all of the paperwork. This was corrected, but I had to go back to resign a lot of the paperwork. So the extra trip for the paperwork and the thing with the accessories are why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. It would be a 4.5 if I was able to do halves. All in all I had a positive experience, and I do love my new truck. I would go back here if the need for a vehicle arose."

David in the service department was really easy to work with and was thoughtful. I felt taken care of in a difficult time. Also, my car feels brand new. "On March 2, 2024 my friend bought a pre owned certified 2019 Nissan Altima from this dealership, she also purchased the extended 2 year warranty for anything electrical. The car also had some warranty that was still good on the car. They pulled a car fax on the car and stated it was involved in a minor accident to the back of the car. Over the weekend a light came on the dash and she took it in for service. They just sent a text message stating the brakes were bad needed rotors turned and the distance sensor was damaged due to a wreck? She has NOT wrecked the car. The total cost to fix her car is almost $2200.00. There was a scratch on the front bumper drivers side when she bought it. It was showing in the online photos they posted when the car was on their lot. She WILL NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again and would like to let everyone know DO NOT PURCHASE from them. They don't do what they say. She just made the first payment on the car and they will not call back or make this right. Their service department and management don't care about anything but the actual sale after that your on your own."
