"Not sure if everyone there is just having a bad day or a bad week or what, the lady at the counter was nice enough but bless her heart because she doesn't know much about cars. She had to wait for one of the managers multiple times to help answer questions before she could do anything. The manager seemed like he had had enough as well. The rest of the team seemed to be at their wit's end and were very rude. I can understand being by the book and down to the point, but rudeness I don't understand. I tell people all the time, if you don't enjoy your job, find a new one. I don't expect people to absolutely love what they do, very few people enjoy working, but hey, we're all doing the best we can. Treat people like people at least. We don't all have all of the answers, but we can work it out together if you try, and it could make a task go a lot smoother and faster if we work together. (All I needed was to figure out what set of tires to get for my car, longest half an hour ever to figure out something that should've taken 5 to 10 minutes.)"
