"The equipment was clean and in good working order. Return was a breeze using the self return option. Only issue I had at all was when I picked up the truck. I did all the pre check in stuff online and when I got there it still took about 40 minutes to check in due to the lady checking me in was on a personal phone call the entire time. Every once in a while she would help me and then go back to her phone call. The guy Neil who worked there was very helpful when calling in for extra days added or when I had a question. Overall I would definitely use them again and recommend to my friend"
"I rented a uhual from here and told the man where I was going which was Dothan,Alabama and dropping the uhual off in Florida . He put me in the system for 55 miles and Dothan to Florida is over 55 miles now I’m stuck paying extra fees which I’m not supposed to be paying .."
