"I hate to give Walmart a semi positive review, but i needed a tire on Sunday, and didn't want to spend 200+ at Firestone. Everyone else was closed. The Wi-Fi was down at first, so i had to sit and wait for like half an hour for it to come back up so they could put me in the system, but they did get me in. So hats off to Walmart for being the only game in town, I guess. Customer service was good aside from the issue which they really had no control over."
"Nope lmao…they didn’t wanna do an oil change for my 2014 ford truck …..tech dude said something was broken and I went to Panama City and they said nothing was broken also took it then to fire stone and they said nothing is wrong …what did I learn o yes don’t go here. Only reason I give 3 is because any other vehicle I’ve taken here you people have done a good job. Very confusing. Never again what’s the point will just go to Panama City from now on."
"I needed a set of tires real bad. I drove to the Walmart auto service, and 35 minutes later I had a new set with a nationwide warranty. A fair price to boot !! Couldn't beat that !"
"I order 2 tires online from walmart. I also set an appointment date and time to have them installed. After 7 days the tires were delivered to the service center. My appointment was for 5 pm I arrived at 4:55pm and was told it would take 2 hour to install the tires. First of all I was the only one there No other cars in any of the bays Why 2 hours to put on 2 tires??? Then they told me it would be an additional cost of 27.00 for each tire to be mounted. I BOUGHT THE TIRES FROM WALMART. Yet they want to charge me even more money to install the tires. Needless to say I left. That's the last time I will do business with them."
"The department Service Writer, Joanie is amazing. Even with a booked schedule this morning she was friendly, funny, personable, and very knowledgeable. She was able to book an appointment for my elderly friend to get vehicle tire work completed at the last minute. She also took the time to explain the process and answer any questions my friend asked. She told me what price it would cost for my friend to get one of my older vehicles back on the road as far as oil change, tire rotation/inspection. Saving me $$$ down the road for my son's first vehicle!! Thank you Joanie!!! From Granny and Jess."
