"6 months after Firestone left my drain plug loose and destroyed my engine... Still don't have my car back and Firestone says it isn't responsible for an electrical issue that has arisen after the engine replacement. They only paid for a rental for 2 months and left me stranded with no car for 4 months. Subaru or Firestone refuse to take responsibility. Careful about who you let touch your car. Bring a running car in with zero issues, and get blamed for a failed repair. It's your fault that there is electrical problems."
"Very argumentative guy inside. Stopped on my way traveling due to I got a nail in my tire. Guy inside was rude and wanted to argue with me about what coverage I had purchased with my tires. The techs had done a fast job that failed and only lasted just past Tallahassee down the road. Leaving me having yo put my spare tire on my truck. When I call the guy inside says to come back. I am not able to just turn around. Will never go to this location ever again. Wish I could put negative stars. Wasted my time."
