"When I went in I was confused, I didn’t know what I was doing. When I got inside Katelyn the worker helped me out so much! she helped me find the right storage unit I needed. she was so patient and understanding with what I wanted! She even helped me with going over the code so I could get in and not have any trouble. I will so be telling everyone to come here and talk to her!"

"One star is generous. I rented the space via the app and showed up the next day with a U-Haul to unload. No office - big sign says “call this number for customer service.” Went to the gate, used the app for access and got “out of range” no matter where I stood. Thought I’d try the “get access number option” which returned “.#” - obviously not an access code. Called the customer service number and went into voice mail nightmare. Found an option to “speak to the site representative” - you guessed it: went to voice mail. Now it’s raining. Waited five minutes to get a response. Five hours later, still havent received a call back. Went down the street to Cube Smart - great onsite staff who set me up in five minutes. (Updated) Updated to three stars. While I didn’t get to store my things here, I did get a call from a customer service representative today who cheerfully refunded my money, and apologized for what were a constellation of mistakes that led to my perfect storm of not gaining access to the facility. Their willingness to own the problem, explain the situation and apologize is exemplary. I do think my experience was an outlier and probably very unusual. Therefore I’m changing my rating to three stars."

"Best deals for storage in Eastridge. Shadda was so nice and explained the process of renting a unit quick because the office was closed. It was so simple. My friend got a unit in less than 10 minutes online. She asked us to share on Google how great our experience was. Great customer service and she saved the day because we almost thought we would have to go elsewhere since the office was closed due to a remodel or something if I remember correctly. Thank you for suggesting online site."

"RATS! NO PEST CONTROL SERVICE! POOR MANAGEMENT ON LOCAL AND DISTRICT LEVEL! I lost over $8000 and 30+ years of memories and inventory that were ate up by rats. There was no preventative pest control service in place and when they found out about the infestation they never alerted the customers. Fast forward, my items were visited 3 months later after their ridiculous insurance paid me only $150 and IT STILL HAD RATS CRAWLING IN IT with no pest control in place!!"
