"The last 3 times I’ve gone to the East Ridge location, there is an employee named Jennifer that has the worst attitude and is very argumentative about everything. She has no customer service and from this point on I will no longer be going to this location. Auto zone is closer but I always prefer O’Reilly over anywhere else. Other staff there are excellent! Jennifer needs to go !"
"I purchased an alternator seval years ago and there is now a new number for it .. now I have swapped it out three times this month , so I purchased a new one from AutoZone. Now the manager is being a jerk and telling me if I wanna return it I have to have the original receipt. Who keeps receipts from parts with a lifetime warranty? Smh I'll never buy a part from O'Reilly's again .. and not will the company I work for as Im the guy that orders the parts :)"
