"My wife and I decided to finally stop and get an oil change this afternoon. We were 4k miles overdue because money’s always tight and her car is usually tormented when we go so we’ve put off maintenance. Not this time. We had a coupon and made it clear that we could only afford the oil change. They let us know the things the car should have done, but they didn’t push us. Dani took the time to make sure we felt comfortable, even with the issues with our car! So much so that we immediately went home and brought my lesser used jeep in for an oil change. It was also way overdue, and even though Dani wasn’t assigned my lane the second time around, she came over and reassured me that my jeep isn’t so bad. She also made sure to have my coupon scanned just in case I’d forgotten (the conversation was great, I would’ve!) Not only was Dani great, but every other employee on the floor that I interacted with was too. They were all very personable and renewed my faith in the quick lube industry. In the spirit of transparency, I got both of my vehicle’s oils changed and an air filter in my newer car for less than $100. This location is full of fair and honest folks. Their integrity shines bright. I’ll be a customer as long as they’re there!"
