"Best post office I've ever been in! We live on the Salem Peabody line, and I always use this post office instead of driving to my own in Salem. Wonderful wonderful workers all around, respectful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Wouldn't go anywhere else!"

"I use this post office multiple times a week. Twice in the last week I have witnessed the woman working there trying to deal with unruly customers. One woman couldn't understand why the Postal employee couldn't answer her questions about SSI. Today a woman who couldn't speak English was irritated that her mail couldn't be tracked even though she didn't put tracking on it. If this is what her day consists of maybe it's time to have 2 employees to keep the line moving.I say this because both of these women pretty much refused to leave. I give her credit. She is always kind and extremely helpful when I go in to mail."

"Convenient parking and usually pretty fast. Today was busy with holiday packages and everyone buying stamps so there was a line, but that's to be expected. Not sure why they have only one person at the counter but he was very efficient and nice. I come here about twice a month and have never had any problems."
