"Went in and spoke with Carlos to book a trip to Mexico. He took down all my information which was weird since normally you do everything in person. He said he would reach me via within a few days. Never got a call or email. Go to GOMES travel right around the corner on main st. These people only seem to want to cater to Caucasian people."
"I have emailed mulitple times and called every day for the past week and a half and Carlos, the manager doesn't respond or return phone calls. There's a tax return question that he either doesn't know the answer or he has extremely poor customer service skills. Not sure I would trust someone sho is unresponsive."
