"Changed business hours with no google update and had the gull to not even show up to open his business on time heck I don't even know if or when he showed up I wanted 30 minutes for him to show up bud in the end I had to drop off the trailer by myself in hopes that nobody would take it. Oh well not my problem. Also wish there was a zero star option because this guy doesn't even deserve one star"
"If I could give it a zero star I would. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. Unprofessional staff that don’t know what they are doing. The owner was speaking in the phone to a remote worker for 16 minutes about my reservation/pick up because she did not know how to complete my pick up. Had to answer all of the same questions on my reservation and check in a 3rd time over the phone with the remote worker who was very rude. They called my emergency contact numbers to verify my identity and ask details about why I was renting the UHAUL. The truck had transmission problems halfway into our trip which was a 1 day trip for about 300 miles, thankfully we made it back. Only to be charged double my initial quote because they lied and said I used the equipment for 3 days instead of the 1. I will NEVER go back here again and I’ll make sure to spread the word too"
