She was able to reboot my phone and solve the problem. I also purchased a new screen protector. Thanks to Brenda for her courteous and friendly attitude. "I would give ZERO stars if possible. The lady named Heather who indicated that she was the store manager was very rude and hung up on me. I had called to discuss my Dad's bill. My Dad had went in the store to get help with a prepaid plan and they (she) took advantage of him and put him on the most expensive postpaid plan they had. It was $35 more per month than another unlimited plan that is only $50 with autopay. I believe Heather was very dishonest and rude and should not be managing a store. She does not help her customers and gives AT&T a bad name. AGAIN ZERO STARS. Stay away from this store location."
