"Bought an avlex microphone from them that was totally defective. Not only did the store refuse to refund the money, they refused store credit as well. I've reported them to consumer reports and the better business bureau. They could've just refunded my money for selling me a broken piece of gear. Do not shop here if you don't like getting ripped off. I'm a local musician and would've bought quite a bit of merchandise from them too. Their loss..."

"My wife bought a Walden acoustic guitar less than a week ago from this music store for me as a surprise. It fell off the stand and the top part of the neck “above the first fret” broke in half. I’ve been playing for 35 years and this has never happened before. The bottom of the guitar stand is 1 inch from the floor so it just fell lightly not slammed against the floor. We took it back and the owners refused to replace it or refund our money. We left the guitar there, out of our money and my gift to play music right now is at a haunt. So I would definitely not recommend this place. -Matthew Patrick Avery"
