"Will never buy or get a car from them again!!! I had got a infiniti qx56 test drove it and let run no problems, was told they had the alignment done and everything good just to find out that when we took it to the car wash the paint in certain spots started buckling and that they had painted over rust spots and that when i went to get an alignment done that it was totally rusted all under the bottom and everything was bent and crack to where now i can drive it cause the whole back end fell and is touching the tires! And he said he is goingbto sue me because my uncle owns a autimotive shop and he towed the car and is charging for labor fee and for it sitting in his yard and he sadid that im lying about him charging because hes my uncle BUSINESS IS BUSINESS!!!!"
"They will sell you a lemon car. My mom purchased a vehicle from them not even a month and a half ago and it’s Pouring oil And they refuse to fix it tell me it was a by here pay here that they look over all the cars before they’re sold if you look over all the cars before they sold then you would have obviously seen then two oil leaks. Major oil leaks either way, it really doesn’t matter who purchased the vehicle they still sell you a lemon vehicle."
"We drove here from Pensacola to purchase this e450 shuttle , contacted the sales man Adam by phone and he made videos of the bus and answered all my questions and had my paperwork done and ready to go when we arrived. Excellent experience and great customer service. Value rides really went out of their way to help us with the sale of this shuttle bus. Greatly appreciate Value Car Sales !!!
