"Had to wait several days beyond my scheduled appointment time to get my vehicle worked on. No loaner car was available for warranty work. Had to rent a car for several days at my expense while maintenance was being performed, still waiting to be reimbursed. Dealership should suspend taking appointments until they get their backlog under control and then can properly schedule appointments. Eventually my vehicle was repaired but with great inconvenience to me the customer. I had expected better from a Cadillac dealership."
