"After I got to Pride Chevrolet and learned that my online reservation was not really sent directly to the dealership my experience got much better. Letizia greeted me in the service waiting area and took care of getting my vehicle in to get looked at. She was courteous and clearly explained everything to me. When I brought the vehicle the next day for the appointment she was there to greet me again and quickly did the paperwork to get me on my way. The only downfall was that the part my vehicle, (under warranty) needed would not get delivered to dealership for 2 days. Luckily, I was at a time where I could be without the vehicle for a couple of days. When the vehicle was ready, it was a seamless process to pick it up and get on the road. I give credit to Pride Chevrolet service department for a great job. Also an Extra Thank You to Letizia for her professionalism and kindness."
