"I needed a patch for my front left tire which they were able to do very quickly but they put my tire back on unbalanced and I didn’t notice until I was on 95 the next day. I had my fiancé take it back to have them balance the tire but because I knew no one would take me seriously (as a woman this is true for most mechanics nothing specific about this location that made me think that just the auto industry in general) and he ended up having to argue with multiple people to fix it until someone ended up driving the car with him and experiencing the bumpy ride for themselves. Only then did they finish their job correctly."
