"Autozone lynnway is terrible, don’t bother calling dude looked up my vehicle then told me “let me switch phones” I waited on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and called back to no answer. So now I’m going to waste more time to go there and if they don’t have what I need I’m going to waste more of my day. Customer service is terrible, knowledge around vehicles of the workers is terrible, I gave it 2 starts because it’s clean inside and organized."
