Select Car & Truck Rental

"Terrible service, Terrible staff. I give one star because I cannot place 0 (ZERO) stars here. 1) When you go to the address they post in their website, there is no "select" sign anywhere, I had to turn around and go to the same address and put it in different GPS several times and still saw NOTHING that resembles to a car rental/parking. 2) So, I called their phone...nobody picked up. I called again, nobody picked up. 3) So, then I tried placing "select car rental" by name in the GPS, it took me to a abandoned area, which did have the "select" sign. It was abandoned, nobody there, it was like a ghost town. I had to place my car on another random car parking place near the airport, which cost me a lot of money. At that point I started thinking we had been scamed. 4) Then, when I got back from my trip. On 12/16/2018 at 11 am I called Select again and a very rude man picked up the phone. Me and my wife tried to explain our story to see if we could get our money back, he refused to even listen to us, refused to put his supervisor on the phone, and he hung up the phone on us while I was still talking. I ended up placed a dispute via my bank to see if I can get my money back."

"I have used this company many times before and overlooked their short staffing but this last experience convinced me to NEVER use them again. On my trip out they were very overwhelmed with passengers causing my driver to become easily flustered he kept forgetting what airline I was going to even egged on a fellow van rider to be condensing to me. Then on my trip back my car charger missing and it was obvious my car has been used as I logged the mileage prior to leaving. Customer service skills are severely lacking from the employees. Avoid using them."

"This company is the worst. When we got there to drop off our car they were closed. No one answered the phones. When one of the employees finally arrived he had no answers and no guarantees that we would make it on time to our flight. They were rude and unprofessional. They could not find our reservation in the system and just asked for us to leave the keys. The driver was speeding and wrecklessly driving. When we returned from our trip we immediately called to make sure the driver had enough time to get there. The guy asked for my ticket # and he was trying to give me another vehicle that was not ours. I gave him the description of our vehicle and he then tells me that they have another ticket # with the description of my vehicle. The driver had us waiting for over an hour before he even picked us up an we still had to wait. If you want smooth traveling do not trust Select parking to make it happen. Absolutely the worst service that I have ever had."

"NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They are the absolute worst. I've never been treated so poorly by a company. They are rude, inconsiderate, condescending, and just all around terrible. 1) They call themselves a valet service. Well I had to park my own car and no one was really trying to give me any guidance on where to do so. The rude driver said "we're a valet to the airport." I KNOW WHAT A VALET IS! You driving me to the airport is called a taxi service. 2) They told me to call before I picked up my bags at the carousel. When I called, the rude manager argued "Well what sense would that make?". The driver insisted that no one told me that, though I remember very clearly. 3) When I received my bag (Three minutes later) the shuttle had already left the airport. 3) The driver then said I didn't have any common sense. When he saw I was frustrated he started to drive more aggresively. 4) The driver stopped for gas when he still had a quarter tank of gas. He told me I could go in Dunkin Donuts and get a coffee. 5) They moved my car to a different lot. I was so upset. I never want to deal with these people ever again. I'm too frustrated to deal with them long enough to request a refund. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY."

"Unfortunately this company provides the WORST service ever. The customer service is terrible and the associates have been searching and stealing from our vehicle. I had to wait an hour to be taken to the airport to catch my flight and waited at the airport for 2 hours to be picked up the day of my arrival which led me to take a taxi to their location. After all of this nonsense I discovered they have stolen all of my change out of my car along with my scratch tickets that were securely locked in my glove compartment. They are extremely rude and should not run a business that deals with customers."
