"Manager is rude and sick person, He refused to replace my battery which is still under warranty and receipt on hand…he want me to wait 30 mins to test it after he already checked it and said it’s weak. I took it to another location and replaced it in few mins. I almost called the police to file a report that he is refusing to help under my active warranty and take this to court but my car was blocking my neighbor driveway I had to go and not waste my time with him and will never go back even to any advance auto store again. Autozone is much better prices and never had any issues with them."
"About average for an AA Parts store. This is not the closest to me, but I have been here on occasion because they had a part in stock. Average selection, good parking, overpriced like most AAP stores but when your car is broken it can be worth it to buy here vs online to avoid shopping. Nothing very high end. I was refused a battery change here by the local clerk because I had an amp wired into the terminal and he said he would not touch it even though it is properly gauged and fused, so there is that."
