"We just tried this cleaner and they completely messed up the simplest job. We left 5 shirts ALL to be dry cleaned. Easy, right? They cleaned 2 of them and laundered the other 3 which shrunk them. At first they first said they would make good on it but after offering credits to make up for it, they just turned their backs on everything and then denied that they screwed it up. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend!!!!"
