"We are preparing for a formal event and I brought in 10 items for dry cleaning and unbeknownst to me one of my formal dresses was missing when I picked up my clothing. I panicked because when I got home I noticed the missing dress. I went back 3 days later and informed them, and he remembered me and new the exact dress missing, and it was right there pressed and clean when I mentioned it. I'm so impressed with their honesty and everything was beautifully done. Thank you so much!! I'll definitely keep them at the top of my list for all my dry cleaning needs!!"

"He washed my clothes instead of dry cleaning them. I took my favorite dress shirt, Joes Jeans ($180 pair of Jeans), and a few t-shirts. When I got home I notice my brew dress shirt was slightly faded, then I put it on only to find out it was shrunken. Same with the $180 pair of Joes jeans. I would use a different cleaner. I don't know if this guy is trying to cut cost by washing clothes instead of dry cleaning it."

"***Very poor service. Dropped off two sweaters to be cleaned waited 5 days to pick them up. I got them today and they are in the same condition as they were. They have pet hair and lint balls even the stickers that fall off the balls from the trees stuck on them. They did not perform any cleaning service to these items. I told the clerk they were not cleaned and she said yes they are. I will not be going back here. I'm now paying $10 to have them recleaned elsewhere."
