"I had clothes cleaned here about once a month for six months. I stopped taking my clothes here because I was told they couldn't find one of my blouses with the rest of my pick up. When I was able to identify and recall the blouse, the owner said she thought it went with a skirt belonging to a different customer and packaged it up with them and sent it home with them. She claimed she called them to return the blouse and would let me know when it was returned. She never called me and I called twice over the next month asking where it was and she told me both times it hadn't been returned. She never offered to compensate me for the lost blouse and never followed up with me after I decided to stop calling. My clothes were well taken care of while I was using the business, prior to them deciding to give away an expensive blouse to another customer and failing to retrieve it."
