"I'm rewriting my review. The 4 stars I gave it 6 years ago is no longer applicable as of current. I'm tempted to give it only 1 but the problem that exists here is not always here. There's been a short older man working here for about a month or two now. And man is that guy DIFFICULT. I've see him very often treat customers really poorly. Mostly the male customers. But you often see him trying to talk with the ladies while there loading the machines or folding there clothes. Sixty-something year old, short, Asian/Vietnamese man, who wears glasses and a trucker/baseball cap. He's arrogantly bad mannered. He shouts, he's condescending, and he walks around looking for thing's to complain about. Just witnessed someone who needed help and when they asked if he worked there he flat out said No and walked away. What a joke... As far as everything else goes, washers and dryers. They're not bad at all. And for the most part work well. If you must come here like I unfortunately mostly do. I would highly suggest you bring everything you need yourself. Cause even asking this guy to turn on the coin machine, which they keep off is a hassle."

"I've been coming here for years. I think I've only had a problem with a machine once and I got switched over to another one immediately. I've never had a problem with the lady everyone seems to be complaining about. I think she may have a hearing problem so she speaks loudly, but she always goes back and forth to make sure everyone is okay and assists if someone needs quarters. I'm taking away a star because the ceiling has definitely seen better days and I'm surprised that they haven't been forced to fix it."

"Ever since I take my mom here to wash she had a problem with the washers if not the washer the dryer don't even dry good enough I still have to put more coins to dry if it's not the machine it's the coin machine just ate my $11 that I put in that's all I had and now I'm stuck here there is no person on site or not even a phone number to call customer service. I spoke to the Asian guy working there he said he couldn't do nothing about it so coin machine stolen $11 and there is no service phone number that you can call I recommend not to wash your clothes here do two dryers do not dry good enough I have to keep putting coins in there to dry they need to service all their machines."

"It's a big place, big washer and dryer size. Public restroom available but you have to pay .25 sometimes there's no toilet paper and no hand soap at all."
