"I dropped off like 9 pieces of clothes for dry cleaning. A couple were blazers one smelled like cigarette I bought it second hand. I picked up. They used one plastic to cover all the big items. To my surprise the cigarette smell was there but because it was hanging with the rest of the clothes they all smelled now. I have not called to complain yet because I just noticed. I will call tomorrow with an update."

"This business is a family runned and have been fully operational for a long, long, long time. The clothing is meticulously cleaned to perfection because people like to dress without anything being out of place!"

"The worst customer service ever, one girl is always on cellphone and don’t greet you and the rest never greet you and rude moving fast before I can explain that I want to pay in advance for my clothes to get a discount; she didn’t explain that if you want the the same day you don’t get a discount. But she was moving fast like she didn’t want to be there. If you don’t like people don’t apply for jobs that cater to people. Please teach your employees customer service and watch them in your cameras if you have to. ALL Front counter employees rude as hell"

"Have your items cleaned somewhere else. I brought two jackets and one pair of pants here to be clean and was offered a discount to prepay. I saved 10% . Great right. That's what I thought, until I return to pick up my clothes and they were still stained with the soup that had splattered on them. Which was my reason for having them dry clean. Anyway, I pointed out that my clothes were still stained and was not offered refund and when I asked for one I was told absolutely not."

"This has to be one of the worst cleaners I have used in Los Angeles. Not only was my item damage after pick up, I was not informed of the damages until I took a close look. The manager, Linda, does not seem to care that the people working her store are damaging the clothing either. Instead of offering a refund, she talked me into repairing the sweater. The item has been damaged for over a week and I still am unable to get in contact with the manager regarding my situation. Apparently the manager forgot about me never trying to contact me. While away from her store customers are NOT able to contact her regarding damages or lost. Only one lady working there seems to contact the manager.Wow. The customer service and cleaning are not worth the money or the headache if they happen to damage your stuff. I did not get take a pick of the sweater with damages. I would have posted"
