"Carla was the worst manager I experienced at the Ross on Sebastopol Rd and Stony Point ....she allowed 2 gentlemen cut the line when there was about 20 other people already standing in line. When myself and someone else in line said something she said "oh well not my fault". No wonder this store is always a disaster obviously you have people working like Carla that don't care about the place or people."

"This Ross is one of the most disastrous stores I've been to. I usually love Ross, but this one just seemed poorly managed. The products seemed like of the usual quality they were just....all over the floor and hanging off the hangars and shelves. The fitting rooms were dark and disgusting, the floors filled with garbage and built-up grime and dust. It didn't seem like there was a shortage of employees, as I saw many team members walking around the store. It's unlikely I'll be back to this store, as there's 2 other Ross stores nearby that are of a much better quality than this one."
