"Would give 0 stars if possible. We were told our delivery date would be the 11th and about 2 weeks later we are still waiting. The lady on the phone is the epitome of rude. Every time we’ve called she has hung up on us and is awful to deal with. She lacks all possible customer service skills Update: Here we are, 8 months later, still waiting for the job to get finished. The oven was delivered, however because it is a different size than the previous one some siding needed to be added. It has been months and no one has came to finish the job even though we have called numerous times. Every time we talk to Sharon and she is very hostile and cold. She should not be the company’s voice of customer service if she doesn’t even provide service or aid the customer"
"Edited due to response: If they couldn't deliver and caused issues I'm sure for other customers why make a promise that it could be done? Again the lack of communication is the primary root of my disappointment. If I could pick zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, multiple no show appointments without a call. Delivery of a new appliance was an hour and forty minutes late again without a call and only happened because we called and stated we would like to cancel and have a refund, magically someone was suddenly available for the delivery. Definitely take your business elsewhere. I personally was there to wait for a service person and after being an hour late we finally called to be told oh he had to go to Baggs. The lack of regard for your customers time is appalling."
"Twice now I've had issues with this outfit. I know, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! Last December we ordered several kitchen appliances. Finally, after numerous phone calls and visits to store, we found all items were now at store. It was now February. Now the circus of getting them delivered began. More calls and visits, items finally delivered and installed. Installers were great though. Recently we had a catastrophic failure with our dryer. Parts alone were more costly than a new dryer. We were desperate for a quick replacement so off to the only place in town with appliances. We were only going to purchase one if it was right there in the store and could be delivered timely. Of course the staff was their usual friendly self up front and we soon had a dryer paid for and date of delivery 5 days later. Sold sign was placed on our dryer. Delivery day came and no one calls to set time. Late in the afternoon we called and were told dryer was just loaded on the truck and we should have it within the hour. No one showed up. We figured we would be taken care of first thing in the morning the next day. Nope, no calls. We called them again that afternoon and asked where the dryer was. Lady did not know and would check with the guys in back and call us right back. No call back. No one ever showed. I went down to the store late the next morning and canceled my order and requested a refund. They happily gave my money back, never asking why. I went ahead and explained my issues with them and their total incompetence when it came to customer service AFTER they got your money. There is a reason they have a super low rating on multiple review sights. Buyer beware!"
"We purchased a GE clothes dryer from Miller Family Appliance. They were great in explaining what options were available, price matching and delivery and set up. We purchased a GE washer from them a few years ago. Same great product and service. It’s wonderful having them local and available."
"We bought a washer & dryer from them & were quoted a price and told they could be delivered & installed in about a week. Great. It took 2 months. No apology. Of course they charged my credit card immediately upon ordering, and when I saw my credit card bill & inquired as to why it was roughly $50 over the quoted price, they rudely told me they charge a percentage to use a credit card (would have been good to know ahead of time as $50 is a significant amount of money). Scheduling was very unpleasant as they require you to be home all day, then at 5:30 pm on the first attempt they rudely said “We aren’t coming today. We will come tomorrow.” So we have to get another day off work with no notice to wait all day again only to be told that afternoon that one of the units was damaged in shipping. Have to have another one shipped. Wait another month calling repeatedly to see what the hold up is & being told each time “it will be in tomorrow.” Or “It will be in next week” No apology. No word from them. Just have to keep calling. Finally, I call one day & they say “Oh yeah, it’s been sitting here.” Whoohoo! “Can you come install asap? “ “No. We will come in 2 weeks.” Never one acknowledgment of any inconvenience to us. Praying we won’t need repairs done from this outfit… Next time we will get Home Depot in Vail to deliver & install ourselves."
