"I’ve only had good experiences with masterworks. I’ve had a few issues this winter with my furnace in Hayden having no heat. They may not be able to get me in same day but they always come within a day or two. They have someone at the main number who actually answers the phone every time! Which is a lot since I can’t even get some companies to pick up the phone or call me back. Their techs are always so kind and helpful. I’ve only had good experiences. Thanks for keeping our heat on in a cold winter!"
"Terrible customer service from Amy, the owner. I work for a business that they screwed up our A/C unit and I called Amy to discuss; she was extremely defensive and said she hates when people don't take accountability...kind of like her business not taking accountability for screwing our A/C up. We've been using Masterworks for 10+ years and will never use them again. Amy is the nastiest person I've ever dealt with and will never frequent any business she has to do with."
