"Plumber that performed the work was named Billy Maria. Billy was very cordial and polite, and completed the transition from my wall drain pipe under bathroom sink (from cast iron to ABS) and hooked up the P-trap in about an hour. He also offered to check out the condition of all the angle stops in my house, which I declined as they are fairly new. All in all, Billy did a great job. Thanks to the owner Damien also for setting up the job for next day service. Best in the West has always done great for my plumbing issues"

Costs will of course go up when things aren't as expected, but the reasons were clear to see and clearly communicated as were costs in the moment.
