"New Customer for Life here - Ohanna and Valerie were amazing. Brought a new Mercedes here that my Girlfriend and I picked up no more than a month ago for a slow leak in the driver's rear tire (car would be completely flat after sitting for an hour or two). I've had great luck to not to have to deal with any issues in the last 4 years with my last car, so it was particularly a bummer to have this happen within the first couple hundred miles of having a new one. Anyways, we really came here expecting to have to deal with the "Mercedes Tax" or having to deal with some kind of half-truth about why it couldn't be repaired. 45 Minutes later we're told the car is ready, and as we're walking back in, we're stopped by Ohanna who hands over the keys saying we're good to go. I started opening my wallet when she says the whole thing was free - quite surprised. It might have been a usual order of business for them, but it came at a time where I was particular bummed about having to bring the car in during the honeymoon stages lol. A small, but impactful gesture - Loyal Customer here."

"They lost my hubcap! Brought in my car for a tire change, but they lost one of my hubcaps. Be careful and make sure to fully check their work before you leave. I've followed up with the manager who's yet to respond to my emails."

"After almost two years since purchasing my tires, I called to have my tires rotated. I made an appointment for the next day, no problem. I arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment, checked-in and within 15 minutes, my Jeep was in the bay. John, the fellow in charge of my Jeep's service came to meet me to confirm that the work to be done was for tire rotation. He also said that they'd rebalance my tires. In about 40 minutes, the job was done and a totally unexpected perk happened. They polished the sidewalls. I couldn't be happier with how smooth, professional and hassle-free this all went. You can't beat that kind of service, hospitality and good cheer. Thanks John and for your crew. See you all next time. :-)"

"Been to quite a few America’s tire at this point, at this is one of the better ones for sure. Whenever I come here, there’s generally a pretty long wait, but they took good care of the service I needed. I never really had any issues with their work, probably just improvements to the wait time would be really beneficial (but they are really busy almost at all times). For Those Who drive Teslas, I brought my Model three and Model Y to this location for tire rotation, new tires, tire puncture repair, etc., and everything worked out well."

"Fyi All !. The standard message to all customers. It will take 1 1/2 hours which is CORRECT if you are one of the first 5-6 customers. In most cases, it will take at least 3 hours if one comes in after 11am. I brought my vehicle in for a wheel rotation. 1:37pm. It’s now 4pm and I just saw a technician drive my vehicle into the tire bay. As I sit waiting, I hear the supervisor/manager tells staff members that to punch out at 6 hours. It’s apparent, the company is making sure no one makes overtime which makes sense. I’m guessing starting April 1st, fast food employees if one can get a job at a fast food establishment will make more than an America tire sales rep? The sales technique is to upsell. The low cost tires are not in stock since the margins in those tires are possible lost leaders . It best to plan to replace tires a few months of planning to obtain the best price. América tires do match price so do your homework and save. I recommend buying the tire insurance. It’s peace of mind. It covers up to 3 years of all tragic damages to the tire. The insurance starts at $24.95. Please confirm the insurance coverage and length of coverage. America tires offer free rotation and balancing cost $10 a tire. America tires also provide free tire inspection and air check. It is highly recommend to check the air pressure once a month and rotate the tires every 5 thousand miles. One can extend the life of the tires by 20 percent with these regular and free service. Bottom line, save some money and perform these basic service. Sadly, most people do not and they could increase their safety and extend the life of the tires. IMO"
