"If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience in the emergency room was terrible. The nurses were unprofessional and this concerned me alot. When I was given intraveous antibiotics, the nurse just hooked them up. Normallt the nurse would have asked my name and birthday, which is protocol. Again, when they hooked me up with blood, they didn't scan my wrist bracelet or ask my name and biethday."
