For those seeking a vigorous workout, our Power Vinyasa Flow Yoga offers an energetic practice where breath and movement are seamlessly integrated. Conducted in a heated studio, this class enhances strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina.

Additionally, our 60-minute Hot Power Fusion class merges the meditative aspects of traditional static poses with an invigorating vinyasa flow. Conducted in a room heated to 103 degrees with 40% humidity, it provides the benefits of held postures while boosting heart rate and internal heat.

I love the teachers, the building, the fact that there are showers and bathrooms and that the yoga stills my soul. There are some Bikram studios that are rigid with tons of rules and expectations. Gabe runs a laid back business and we all just love the yoga and each other. Bikram has taken me through divorce, death, 6 knee surgeries in ten years and a ton of other life stuff. "This studio is the best and has amazing instructors. There are 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises for the Bikram class. On top of that, they teach other classes such as the Hot Power Fusion class. One of my favorite instructors is Molly. She is so nice and is an amazing instructor. I absolutely love learning from her and she is always so welcoming. However, all of the other instructors are just as good, and I definitely suggest you coming here. I couldn't be more pleased to do yoga here and learn more!"
