They came out the next day after contact was made They charged a very fair estimate fee lower than Sears, Then came out made a determination on what needed to be done Ordered the part and set a date to return. Upon return they spent an hour working on the repair after the work was done they determined the repair wasn’t adequate and charged my mother in law zero.
