"Good experience so far. Reserved a unit on their website with a promotion of 50% off for first 2 months. I was supposed to rent the other storage unit nearby but they were not available at that time and on break and when we came here, they were available so it’s all good. They offer a free truck for 1 day but reservation is needed as well. Also, the truck needs to be returned at a certain time by the end of the day, so if you take the truck at 1pm, you only have few hours to return it, otherwise you will be penalized by a fee. Also, there is a deposit fee which is cash only. Because we are only about 1 mile from our place, they were generous enough to waive the gas as it’s super nearby. I’m supposed to fill the gas tank of how much I have used but it’s super near so they said it’s fine. The storage unit was clean. The only problem I’ve had was not having enough carts to use as there were too many people who were using them at that time so I had to go to the other side of the building to get another one from that side. So overall, it was good. My only complaint is they don’t accept American Express on their website as automatic payments. I thought I was on autopay, only to realize my bill hasn’t paid and I was due so good thing I checked. When I went to their website to pay, they don’t accept American Express, that’s when I realize that Felix wasn’t able to put me on autopay as they don’t accept Amex as autopay. Oh yeah, another problem I have encountered is when I put my access code to open the door of the building, it wouldn’t open immediately. I have to put my access code several times before it works. So overall, 4 stars."

"Rented out some storage units today from Felix, the Senior Property Manager. If you’re looking for storage units, I highly recommend this place. Felix seemed to me more interested in making sure I got the right units for my belongings and saving me as much money as I could. These days this is rare and very much the reverse. I’ve bumped into too many people in my time, regardless of industry, that just want to squeeze every last penny from you. This is clearly not the case with Felix. In fact, I was pushing to spend more and he was advising me (with his “storage” expertise) how to spend more efficiently (spend less, save more) while still addressing my storage needs. Irma, whom I believe is the Assistant Property Manager, was there today as well. She was also very attentive to my visit, listened intently on my needs, and contributed valuable comments where appropriate. Both Felix and Irma are very professional, gregarious, seem to be very complete (crosses all “t’s” and dots all “I’d”, well spoken, very patient, answer all your questions, know their products well, display and deliver exceptional customer service, and won’t disappoint you should you decide to pay them a visit. Again, if you’re looking for storage, you owe it to yourself, just to check them out."

"First time here. Irma Rodríguez was amazing. She was the assistant property manager. She answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. She took me to see the storage that was available. Courteous and friendly. We are in the process of selling our home so we need storage fast and also to know that our belongings are secure. It feels good to know that you can walk up to a place and have people that can take care of you when you need it. Irma set me up with everything that I needed especially since I was on daddy duty and had my toddler with me. Thank you Irma! Ok , so this post was from the last time I came I didn’t notice I did not post it. Fast forward to today 4/13/24. I came in to store more things and needed another storage again. Marc assisted me with the lease of another storage. He was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous and took care of everything I needed. So far my experience here has been fantastic. Thank you guys!"
