About the Business

Whisper Canyon Christian Camp

Welcome to Whisper Canyon Christian Camp – An Unforgettable Retreat

Nestled in the serene foothills of California's Central Coast, Whisper Canyon Christian Camp offers a peaceful escape on 163 acres of stunning, wooded land. Conveniently located just miles from Lake Nacimiento and San Antonio Lake, our camp provides a unique opportunity for ministry and church groups to experience the beauty of God's creation.

At Whisper Canyon, we believe in creating lasting memories and fostering spiritual growth. Our open layout encourages fellowship and connection, allowing campers to feel at home in nature. Explore our many hiking trails and encounter wildlife such as Bald Eagles, wild turkeys, deer, and elk.

Our mission is to "Impact lives for Christ through exceptional camping experiences." We are dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel and advancing God's Kingdom, welcoming all believers regardless of denomination. Our facilities include three new cabins, each with eight twin beds, heating, air-conditioning, and pine wood interiors. We also offer eight yurts and five cabins, accommodating up to 115 campers.

Enjoy exclusive access to our fully equipped commercial kitchen, dining area, hot showers, and a wide array of recreational activities including swimming pools, Frisbee golf, basketball, volleyball, and more. Our camp also features a chapel and a campfire amphitheater for worship and reflection.

Whisper Canyon Christian Camp is part of the Worldwide Church and is committed to serving the body of Christ. We are grateful for the support of our ministry partners and invite you to join us in furthering God's work. Consider making a tax-deductible donation to support our campership fund and new projects.

"Well, we have been camping several times and in reality this was the most pleasant. The place was very nice, clean and organized (equipped). Each area where we lived and shared the word of God was a great blessing. Highly recommended. 100% satisfactory stay."

"We celebrated our 2019 FTFC Easter Camp here. We usually stay in cabin, but our experience sleeping in yorks here is pretty comfortable to some. Don't forget to bring insect repellants for there are lots of insects in here, there are also wild animals around. We all know camping life. The management gave us an early notice about it. They are nice people and they ensured we had our best stay here. -Yorks are close to each other which we like because it is not hard to gather people -The kitchen is complete in utensils and cookware, so we only bring few things which we needed. -Yorks are with 3 bunkbeds (so 6 people can sleep) Outdoor: Our church did -Zipline, swing, seesaw -Volleyball, football -Soccer -Kids enjoyed the play ground, they had smores too. -The youth and young Adult Ministry had a bonfire night. The rest are describe in the photos."
