"My husband and I came to the thrown down cornhole fair for the first time and didn't know where to stay. We usually don't stay at a best western, but we gave it a chance since it was close to the fair. Walking distance. This place was great! We were very happy with the customer service, the clean room, good hot breakfast, clean and nice lobby. And we didnt have to pay for parking either. Other hotels charge a ridiculous amount to park your car in their parking lot. We'll definitely be staying again next year for the fair. Thank you Stephani- front desk attendant for a nice warm welcome, answering our questions and offering great customer service! Five stars for sure!!"

"Daisy was a nightmare. So rude at check in. She didn't set our wakeup call and refused to give us towels. She left 1towl at the desk for us to come get it when I asked for 2. She was so rude . The room was clean great location but I will never stay here again due to the staff member named Daisy."

"The worst service ever. The guy at the Front Desk was very rude and no coutesy towards customers. My room was not cleaned after 4 days even when been informed. Its so frustating to walk into a drity room after long work. During checkout, I was very dehydrated and out of water. The front desk guy was rude and denied to give me a bottle of water at 3 AM, where else could I find. What is point of running such a business when you cant provide basic necessities to the customers."

"The hotel itself is good but make sure you book through them and not a third party site. We booked via Expedia and paid for a two queen bed room with a couch (we had the dog). Unfortunately when we arrived they only had single rooms with a bed that was a double or full at best. There was no extra space or couch for the dog. The staff was kind and apologetic but they were full and didn't have the availability to move us. Breakfast is delicious and there's a nice park to go walking around in the morning after. It's ideally located near Main Street and many of the features downtown. I recommend the hotel, just be careful booking through third party sites."
