About the Business

Mount Hermon Ponderosa Lodge

Welcome to Mount Hermon Ponderosa Lodge, the ultimate destination for unforgettable Summer Youth Camps nestled in the serene landscapes of Mount Hermon, California. Located at 4600 Graham Hill Road, our lodge provides an enriching environment where campers can create lifelong memories, discover their faith, and form lasting friendships.

At Ponderosa Lodge, we offer a dynamic mix of quality teaching, spiritual growth, and plenty of fun. Our camps are designed to inspire and equip young people, guided by a passionate team of leaders, including experienced pastors like Noah, Josh, Sheri, and Dr. Duffy Robbins. Each brings a unique perspective and dedication to nurturing the faith and understanding of every camper.

We understand that attending camp is a significant investment, which is why we offer various discounts and financial assistance through our Campership Fund. First-time campers and their friends can enjoy substantial savings, ensuring that finances never stand in the way of a Mount Hermon experience.

Parents can easily manage registrations, payments, and roommate requests through our convenient Parent Portal, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. Our camps prioritize inclusivity and community, so while campers can request up to two friends in their cabin, we encourage them to embrace new friendships.

Our dining experience caters to all, with buffet-style meals clearly marked for dietary preferences such as gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegetarian. Rest assured, your camper will be well-nourished throughout their stay.

The week culminates in a special closing program on Saturday, where parents are invited to join us from 10:15 to 11:00 am for a celebration of the camp's highlights. This gathering is a wonderful opportunity to witness the joy and growth your child has experienced.

Please remember, no cell phones are allowed at camp, so if your camper wishes to capture memories, they should bring a traditional camera. And while packages are welcome, we ask that you avoid sending food due to allergies.

For more information or to register, visit our website or reach out to us directly. We look forward to welcoming your child to Mount Hermon Ponderosa Lodge, where adventure, faith, and friendship await.

"I actually went to this place with First Baptist Church of Davis back when I was a sophomore in high school. Great experience at the time. I met a lot of cool people during that time. I'm 38 now but I remember our cabin name was hillbillies and we even did a song for our cabin in the talent show called hillbillies."

"This is by far one of the best camps and all of California! I’ve been coming here for several years and have seen so many students life changed at this place. Just recently in 2023. They did a remodel up here. They did a lot of improvements. They just continue to make this place look even better than it has before. There’s several cabins I mean like dozens of cabins for students to stay in. There’s a large pool where you can lap swim or play with friends. They even have a diving board in the deep section of the pool. There’s a beautiful grassland up at the top where you can have games for students to play. There’s even a climbing wall up there. They recently added an artery area. They have a great volleyball area with nice sand . They have an area called the forum lawn where students can hang out and even play spike ball. This is just an amazing camp."
