"I broke down while towing a car and they told me that I could park the car there. I asked if I should move it and the person said that it was no problem and that it would br fine there. I came back later and they called the tow company and had it towed. It is going to cost me nearly $400 to get the car out of the tow yard. They refused to give me the name of the manager that was working. The girl that was working as a cashier at the time seemed like she might be on the spectrum so I don't blame her but there has got to be someone to speak with in the company that can explain to me why they didn't call my number that I had left taped directly to the car."
"The asian girl working here has horrible customer service. I paid for gas here and then saw a sign that said she would be back in "a few minutes" at least 5-7 customers left because she took about 20 minutes. I just waited because someone told me they come here regularly and they have a restroom available. The girl finally opened the door then made up all these excuses. She said bathrooms are closed because"its really dirty". I told her i just have to go because i waited for her and i didnt mind. She then said "theres no soap" "oh and theres no paper" Cheveron next to them has nicer people"
"I went there yesterday after work May 31,2023 around 10:30pm the lady there she said her name was Lou asked me for an id which is normal I explained how my id broke and I only had a picture , she then said she had to scan my id so then I proceed to ask her why didn’t she scan the person in front of me id when buying tobacco , she didn’t even ask him for an id at all imagine her asking him to scan his id and she proceeds to say “that’s my favorite customer” , I didn’t know there was favoritism over who gets to buy 21+ items you have to be 21 to purchase he looked 18 max. if a company is going to have this rule about scanning ids it better apply to everyone not only the people her race because every time I go she only ids Mexicans."
