"They charge, they work, it’s not super fast but if you are looking to charge really quick while trying to shop or get food. It’ll charge a decent amount and you should be good to go. Obviously slower than a Tesla charger to a Tesla but it gets the job done."
"One of the few EA sites that's in good condition. On a busy Sunday, two of the ten total spots taken by cars past their full charge and another three trickle charging beyond 95%, leaving half the stations unusable. Cars queuing up. EA has got to do something about this stuff, it's baffling."
"The chargers are right by the Panera Bread and the Johnny Rockets. Charger area was super clean and there were plenty of chargers available. Was able to charge to 80% in 23 minutes."
"First time using EA chargers that charges $0.48 per kWh. We have a 2023 Kona EV that came with 250 kWh of free charging. Found out we needed to add at least $10 into EA account in case of incidentals like idle time fees. Also needed to set up the car to charge immediately versus on a rate schedule. We tried charger #3 and had issues with it and could not charge. Went to charger #8 and were able to charge there but with no display working on the charger. Hence the one star demotion for the charger display. Our phone app showed a max rate of 78 kW. At 80% capacity the rate was in the 20's kW. Went from 20% to 90% charge capacity in 59 minutes. Pretty impressive from a first-time user. These chargers are located right across from Panera Bread and Johnny Rockets."
"No direct access from the road, one must navigate through a sometimes busy outlet mall. Would benefit from a coffee shop/convenience store nearby. No covered parking, but there is some shade nearby. One would be better off staying in the vehicle while charging. They've installed additional 350kw chargers, and it's clear there is active maintenance of the facility being conducted. It's probably the best EA location I've used in the greater Los Angeles area as far as availability of chargers and upkeep."
