"April 2021 Update: Once again Jerry has raised the "Customer Service bar"! Just had my daughter's 2001 Highlander in for a routine oil change and general inspection. One valve cover gasket needed changing. Not sure anyone else would have noticed this...Jerry did. I trust him and appreciate his honesty and great prices! THANK YOU JERRY! ========================== I have taken my 2001 Highlander here for service multiple times, both for complex and routine. Jerry has always done an excellent job scheduling, communicating and completing job on time and at (or below) the provided estimate.
