After handing my credit card over to the guy cashiering he took a phone call and proceeded to spend approximately three minutes looking up something for this caller, all the while leaving me to stand there and wait for the call to end before running my card and completing my transaction. As politely as I could, I let him know how I felt about that treatment (I WAS THERE SPENDING MONEY AND I WAS SECONDARY TO A CALLER WHO MIGHT SPEND MONEY).
