"Great park to live in."
"Nice family park. Quiet, great neighborhood and neighbors. The maintenance of the park as a whole is adequate. The clubhouse although functional could use some serious updating but it’s kind of cool in an original way. Management is present but not intrusive as in some parks. Some owners don’t maintain their homes as well as they could so it really depends upon your neighbors. Be the change you want to see. Help your neighbor if they can’t do it."

"Seem the owner doesn't care, the manager is worthless, the park looks like a dump. Folks just don't care. At least when I live there, streets were maintained, folks cared what the park looked like.they fixed the streets not even a year ago. What a waste. Looks like they did before hand. If the owner care for the folks instead of his pockets it might be a pretty park once again."
"Reasonably safe. A few coyotes. Management very helpful. Yards need tending. Lived here for 32 years. Disabled, and care for one disabled gentleman. Everyone here is so kind to us."
