"As long as you get here by 10 am, parking should be OK, but they will ticket and tow if you don't park in a marked spot. The beach is easy to get to and fairly clean with gental waves. It is definitely the place to go to beat the heat this Fourth. 70f high compared to 90+f in the South Bay."
