"One of the most expensive around here, they make a lot of profit from selling their parts. Two rear rotors and brakes pads are $499+tax (after discount) plus $210 labor. I went there because they accept walk in. Their service is good, but they only have one option for their parts for honda accord which is very over priced. Not for those who wants to save a couple hundred dollars."

"Rough experience. Made an appointment, was there two hours for an oil change. It cost $123. Not sure if that's a normal price for the area, would love a comment, but it seems steep. They replaced the air filter without asking me, that was an additional $48. Made the mistake of asking them to change the driver's side wiper. The said they only come as a pair, then charged individually for a driver's side and a passenger side. Labor cost to swap wipers? $44.80. Reviews on here seemed pretty good, so we gave it a shot, but won't be coming back."

"Friendly service and they do good work. One note: just make sure you shop around for simpler fixes. I was charged $399 (parts) and $210 (labor) for rear brake pads and rotors on a Subaru outback which, I found out later, is significantly higher than it would have been elsewhere."

"Hands down the best mechanic in town, I cannot speak more highly of them! First, they are courteous, kind, friendly, and provide great customer service. Every time I go in, they remember me even if it's been a few years (and how I had so many issues with horribly misogynistic service over at Cardinale GMC) and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable with them. They take great care of your car while its in their shop, providing you with text and photo updates if more exploratory maintenance is required, they check with me before adding on costs, and always try to give me affordable car care. Their maintenance is excellent and stands the test of time, they don't suggest services I don't need, and they are incredibly knowledgeable about several vehicles I've owned. They don't spam me with marketing emails or calls and their family-operated business model makes all the difference. I trust them with all my vehicles due to their quick and knowledgeable service, honesty, and professionalism. Do yourself a favor and become their customer immediately, you won't regret it!!"
