"I will be recommending McKenna Porsche to all my contacts. It is simply the service...top notch! My purchase started with Hutton and his keen eye and modern taste equipping our Cayenne Coupe Turbo GT in trims and wheel package (HSR...who's better?). And then finalizing our deal with Eric and Stephen, and delivery by Sam, who walked my wife and I through all the functions/features & where to find them (not as easy these days with modern vehicles and touch-screens in lieu of knobs/buttons). All this and not to mention, the very fair deal on our Cayenne trade. Who doesn't love a family store that treats you in that same manner."

While my car was under care of dealership to fix the scratch they caused on 1 rim, which ended to damage the other 3 by paint botch, they damaged underneath my car which ws caused by placing the jack in the wrong place. It cost my insurance 30,000, and still ongoing. They kept my car 5 months at the collusion center. Spoke to service manager, I asked show photos of the car after fixing the rims, he first was very Cooperative but suddenly stopped communicating. This dealership is dishonest and has one of the worse management. I am pursuing by hiring an attorney as we speak."

"I am writing this review particularly for Alex who provided a great car buying experience. The deal was done in five minutes. I asked him to give me the best price for the 911 that I wanted. He offered me a price and I made a counter offer which was accepted by him. I wired him the money and he delivered the car to my home. He was very professional and cordial at the same time. He is sending his tech guy to my home to get us familiarize with some of the car features and also set up homelink for garage door opener. What an excellent service even after the sale. I must add here that Sales Manager, Tim whom I met after the sale was finalized, was also very hospitable. It was an excellent car buying experience and I would recommend these guys to my friends."

I own a 911 Carrera S and every time I take it for service Isaac who is my advisor always provides excellent customer service, he makes sure that there is a loaner car available for me, keeps me updated on the status of my service, and even details my car so it looks impecable when I pick it up. He goes above and beyond what’s expected of him. On one occasion something went wrong with my car and it stalled in the middle of major street, I called Isaac and he met my husband with a loaner car and took our car back to the dealer.. we were very grateful! He represents the name of Porsche with excellence!"
