"Henry went above and beyond for me. I came 5 minutes to closing and he helped me with enthusiasm! I have a 8 hr drive home and my tire was feeling wonky. He tightened all my lug nuts on the tires for a safe travel home and turns out the driver tire nut was a little loose and thanks to him I feel more confident in safe travels."

"I had an appointment, which was tough to get. I had a difficult time getting my car to the tire center because the entire parking lot in front of the tire center was ripped up and traffic was jammed in the few remaining aisles and I had to drive around behind Costco to get to the tire center. Tires and air sensors are now very expensive. They did the job as expected with not a single speck of dirt or grease left behind. The down side was that it took 2.5 hours with an appointment, and they don't have a comfortable place to wait."

"They always tell me that my lugnuts are swollen on my tire. If allow them to break them, they do have replacements, but are unable to put my hubcap back on so I have to go to regular mechanic to replacement lights that I buy from the Chrysler dealer and then they are able to place my hubcap back on. Today is the 5th of September 2021. I don't know who manages the tire center.But, when you have 6 customers waiting, there should be two people at the registers waiting on the customers so that the line can move expeditiously. As you can see from my pictures, it's not happening."

"My interstate battery which was a year and a few months old was at a low voltage so I brought it back. Came early in the morning and the wait was short. Kris was extremely helpful and kind, she helped me replace it under warranty with a newer one (although I had to pay the difference since it was more expensive). The transaction was quick and hassle-free, will definitely return in the future. Thanks again Kris for your help!"

"Purchased Interstate Type 3 Battery. Easy straight forward transaction. Took me less than 20 minutes between bringing old battery to the counter and getting new one. It's better to bring old battery at the time of purchase, otherwise they will charge $ 15.00 for the core on top of the new battery price. Great customer service."
